  3. Pack the item(s) securely and include the original receipt in the package.
  4. Affix the provided return shipping label to the package and send it back to us.

Return Shipping: Bathala Botanicals covers all costs associated with return shipping. Customers will not incur any shipping fees for returning products.

Refunds: Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item(s), we will process your refund. Refunds will be credited to the original method of payment within 3-5 business days.
